Re: Harley Time!!
Great job on those bikes. They take as much or more time to get them"Right" as a car does. However, when the results look like this, it makes it all worth it. Couple questions. Products, machine, pads? I use a bike lift when doing them, did you? Once again, great job

Wow! I bet your back felt good the next day. After you use the lift you will NEVER do one off the kick stand again. It's like polishing by hand compared to using a machine.
Just a heads up; there have been a couple I have worked on where the bike had to be on a couple of pieces of wood to get the lift under the bike. I always have the owner help with this if possible. Use extreme caution when lifting the bike at first. As you know they are heavy, if they start to go over they keep going. I really like having two people when using the jack on the initial lift. After you have the bike up they are pretty stable. Although i was very careful the first time I used the jack, kind of wobbles a little.
I love working on Harleys. Keep up the awesome work and enjoy the lift on the next one.

Thanks for posting these. I have some interested folks in getting their bikes done so it is nice to see the potential.
