Very nice job. Do you know how the emblems caused the impressions? Never came across that problem where wet sanding was needed. Txs.

I can only assume its some sort of chemical reaction between the adhesive and the clear coat where it leaves an outline of the emblem in the paint. I've actually seen this fairly often, but it was only a light sanding and its faster/more effective then trying to polish them out. I removed the badges on my wifes new Accord and just polished the marks out with Sonax PF, wiped the car down, coated with CQF, and 3-4 months later the outline show back up....

Chad - you need to just include the lift info in each of your posts since it is bound to come up haha

LMAO! So true! Maybe I'll add it to my sig.
Direct-Lift Pro-6MR
Yes, I built the ramps using 2" x 12" and 1" x 12" boards. They were coated with a roll on bed liner for water resistance.....clearly they are not polish dust resistant though! That's me blowing my pads out and I need to clean them and the lift.
