    92 Volkswagen VR6 Corrado

I just sold this car in August. Owned it for 13 Years. It was a 1992, The VR6 (of course) 5-speed, SLC package (leather, sunroof, etc). Previous owner was a VW mechanic and he completely rebuilt everything at 150K miles (motor, trans, clutch, brakes, everything) and he had no patience for detailing. All I ahd to do was keep it shiny and make up my mind on wheels, lol. Upon purchase, the car was dirty. interior was dirty, seats were like cardboard, vents and dash were dirty, Right up my alley. I clayed, completed some light compounding, then commenced to the Zaino regimen topped with Megs #7 & 26. The paint was oxidized and had a haze to it, it polished out great and I just added carnauba over it with light polishing annually.

    After the Zaino:

I sold it because I never drove it. With Work, school, wife/daughters, It just sat in my garage collecting dust.I just didnt have the time to give it anymore, I think I just grew out of it. It would have killed me, except, I sold it to a guy that was as big of a Corrado nut as I was. He had a huge smile the second he saw it and was literally giddy the day he came to take it home (same as I was 13 years ago, lol). As for the MKV, Yes, That's my daily!
