Critical Details: WeatherTech FloorLiners Review - Interior Car Detailing

I have had WeatherTech FloorLiners installed in my Subaru Outback 2.5XT since November and haven’t cleaned them once. I am conscious about the amount of salt and snow that I track into my Subaru’s interior during wintertime. The WeatherTech FloorLiners can hold over two liters of liquid (water, coffee, milk, etc) thanks to the raised lip that traps liquids and protects your vehicles interior.

Fabric floor mats and even less expensive universal fit rubber floor mats can’t contend with the large amounts of snow that Vermont receives. As an avid snowboarder, I know firsthand how a few trips to any of Vermont’s many mountains can leave any vehicle’s interior looking a little worse for wear. Mud, snow, salt and gravel are all likely to make an unwelcomed appearance inside your vehicle’s interior regardless of how many times you clap your shoes or boots before driving.

As much as it pained me to thoroughly soil/test my brand new WeatherTech FloorLiners, I believe it was all worth it for the sake of this review. It has been three months and roughly 4,000 miles since installing what I believe to be the finest floor mat/liner available on the market today. The textured finished of the WeatherTech FloorLiners provides a tactile feel that ensures traction under the most extreme weather conditions.

As a car care professional I have seen firsthand how WeatherTech FloorLiners can save a vehicle’s interior from costly damage. WeatherTech FloorLiners are not only weatherproof but they are what I like to call “lifeproof”. These rugged all season car mats can handle whatever Mother Nature, rambunctious children or family pets may throw at them. WeatherTech automotive products are made in the U.S.A. and carry a three year warranty against faulty materials and workmanship.

i too just got these floor liners about 4 weeks ago, and clean them weekly...they are simply amazing. Everything gets trapped, and just power wash and light scrub...and the northeast weather really puts them to the test.

I will certainly clean my WeatherTech FloorLiners on a more regular basis now that the product review is complete. I dread the salt stained carpets that I see every year once springtime arrives.

I am a big fan of these. I have been toying with the idea of setting up an account with them and actually start selling them through my detailing business.

I've been using Weathertech digifit floor liners in all my vehicles since they first came out. LOVE THEM! Especially during winters!

I bought a set of WT digital fits for my 2013 Focus ST. I'll probably leave them in year round as they dont look really out of place. I just wish I could find a dressing that didn't make them slick as ice.

" I just wish I could find a dressing that didn't make them slick as ice."

WeatherTech has a spray on dressing designed just for mats that adds no slickness.

I have them in my Tesla. They are Tesla-branded, but they are WeatherTech. Won't forget to put these in the car next winter either since they work so well.

They are the equivalent of sliced bread. I haven't been without a set in my last 4 vehicles. Worth every penny.
