Did a theft recovery detail and all I can say is OMG! These guys had this truck for about one month and just trashed it.
I used the Dupray Carmen Super Inox Steam Cleaner for most of the job. I had to use some chemical for the carpets and for that I used Biovap degreaser which is made to be used with the steamer. I also used 303 fabric cleaner in a spray bottle for pre-treating spotting.
Other chemicals that were used was Folex, Pro's Coice Red 1 and Stain one for the headliner.
Finished up with 303 Aerospace Protectant on the dash and Pinnicale Leather Conditioner on the seats.
Very heavy with the pictures but for this one I thought it was appropriate.
The first few is how the truck came in to me. Truck was washed and dried before the detail.
For some reason the next two pictures came out like the interior was tan and not creme? Since I do not alter photos it is what it is for color I guess. The final pictures look creme as they should.
It took 9 hours to complete this transformation and was very happy with the outcome. The stains on the headliner in the back seat area would not come out. I was able to reduce them but not remove them, i gave up after the headliner was showing sign of color removal of the fabric. The seat belts were also very tough to get clean, I gave them a good soaking with 303 fabric and a good steaming. I am sorry I do not have a before picture of the truck but it just came from the body shop and just needed a bath to get the dust off. All in all it was a positive experience on perseverance to get the job done.
Thanks for the looks everyone.
