    Detailed: A couple of Hybrids

Cust had two hybrid vehicles, one for herself and one is her daughters. On another quick note, has anyone done an engine detail on a hybrid? If so what do you have to be careful about?

    Outside:
    Hand wash wax based shampoo
    Clayed with meduim duty clay

On the Toyota I used green pad with cyclo and my glaze/wax mix
On the Honda I used greed pad with cyclo and my polish/wax mix

Rims both cleaned with quick spray detail
Tires and wheel wells dressed with Tire dressing

    Pre-wash:

    Finished Toyota:

    MG]

    Finished Honda:

I don't use any water on engine details with Hybrids. I usally do a dry wipe down to get the dirt and dust off and then apply some type of dressing. That's what I do... but I don't do many hybrids or engine details for that matter.

Here is the engine compartment of a 2004 Prius I believe. I think the batteries are in the trunk area for this vehicle, but there were many warnings saying not to touch anything pretty much
