I'm sure the owner was very pleased.
^Thanks! He is picking it up today, so we'll see what he thinks!

You really brought back it's youth. I sure hope that the customer is not only happy with the result, but that he continues to bring it back for continued treatment.

From looking at the first pictures it looked beyond help. But now it looks like it's got another 20 years in it.
^Definitely a rejuvenated finish! Thanks for the kind words!

^Good to know. I typically just use a quick spray of the conditioner when working with M105 to improve the working time a bit. It doesn't get much use, but it seems to help.

Got a few pictures before it was picked up... too bad it was dark and dreary out.

^Check out those reflections! (don't mind the snow flakes falling on the hood)

Good Lord - did they wash it with a Brillo pad? It was horrible before. Awesome recovery there!

I just used diluted IPA on a MF towel. Since all of the buildup/residue was left on paint it was easy to remove. It can be more difficult if it is on plastic panels/trim.

Litterally drooling (I have a personal love for M series).

That is some excellent work, and a testament to your skills and knowledge.

^I am also quite fond of the M series vehicles, however this e46 is noticeably "dated" compared to the newer e90's... I still wouldn't mind having one
