    165,000 mile Trailblazer

This belongs to the owner of the 335 BMW I did. Same scenario gravel roads, tar and some more tar it even had tar on the trim above the rear window. The hood and roof were probably the worst part of the car as far as paint is concerned. It was corrected using Fixer and an orange LC flat pad and an 849X rotary . The rest of the car was cleaned up with Megs D151 and a white part using GG6. It was then topped off with DG 105/601 as it sees a tough environment in farm country . The interior was done in my normal routine of APC+ and LGM on the carpets. OPC on the seats and conditioned with CG leather conditioner. All trim was dressed with Perl at 5:1.

The SUV as it arrived. Typical dirt swirls scratches and so on…..Typical is a joke, this is not typical around my house unless it belongs to someone else but it seems to be typical anymore judging by the last few cars I’ve done.

Am I the only guy around here that owns a vacuum???

Even the interior had gravel dust everywhere. It just kept coming out of all of the body seams. I had to flood the car with gallons of water before it started to run clear.

    Dead trim….

Who knows when this was ever cleaned last.

    Dawn foam soak.

Interior all cleaned up and looking nice.‎

As you can see it was getting dark once again by the time I was finished so I wasn’t able to get as many ‎exterior finished pictures as I would have liked.‎
New DP trim dressing used on the engine bay and cowl.‎

Fixer 50/50 shots. This was with Fixer only no other polish was used in these pics. This stuff works!‎

Hope you enjoyed the post. ‎

GREAT RESULTS FOR SURE! In the one pic, it looks like its got scotch tape over the hood on the one side, crazy!

Must have been a custom paint job, don't recall ever seeing a TB in that two-tone. Now, what is this "fixer" stuff, can someone please send me a PM where to find it, not sure what brand it is obviously.

That is where I had my tape for the 50/50. Once I removed it the compound sling came off with it leaving a cleaner spot but yes it does look like somethig is still there.

No it was repainted and had plenty of clear coat on it. You could feel the paint edges where it was taped off. The black was factory paint.
