    Interior Detail

    First post here, I've lurked for a bit and learned so much.

    Here I have my 99 Toyota Avalon with 150K. Started with removing the front seats and trim pieces to get the carpet out.



    After power washing carpet and mats.







    Forgot about before pics but have one on the passenger seat.



    Carpet in, trim re-installed and seats bolted in.






    I used leather conditioner on the seats and padding on the doors and Meguiar's Supreme Shine protectant on the rest of the interior trim. Apologize for the cell phone pics but .

    Hey, great job!

    As I'm only doing my own car (& family, etc) I also find it a lot easier sometimes to remove parts from the car & clean them...
    I don't know how some of the guys on here get the results they do working in the car in such a short time...

    Shame you didn't have more before pics. Looking at the one of your seat it seems that you may have had quite a mess on your hands!

    Great job! Going that extra mile and removing everything really paid off.

    Taking all that out is pretty hardcore but it looks like all the effort really paid off. Great job, man.

    I've got to agree, talk about rebuilding the interior for the floor pan up!!
