    Help me access my paint!

How bad is my paint !!

Here are some pics ( rough pics ) of my Tahoe (Big Blue), as I look at it clean I think a moderate swirl remover will work , but I’m not very sure so I differ to the experts.

This one has a scratch but it's not very deep ( I couldn't feel it with my nail)

Here it is a lil closer ( I was using a cell phone , sorry about the quality)

    --------------------------------------Here Just above the emblem

This one has the small spots in the paint on the hood

All the swirls and spider webs on the hood

So that's what she looks like, tell me what you think.
Right now I'm leaning toward the Menzerna Kit set for correction and sealant

Well, you have a pretty good scratch on the hatch, and those rust bubbles...

From what i see the swirls dont look that bad actually. You could prolly get it shined up properly using Super Intensive Polish to remove the swirls, Ultimate Finish to refine and gloss the paint and Power Lock for a long lasting great shine.

i dont have any experience using anything other than Power Lock from Menzerna but the products i suggested are what man AG members recommend with that line.

    Speaking of those.....

Can you feel the scratch with your fingernail? And in regards to those "bumps" how big would you say those are, and are they raised fairly high?

No I can't feel the scratches with my nail, I can barely feel it with the tip of my finger, and the rust bubbles are slightly smaller than pea size.

Just stick with what I recommended earlier and you should be good. Just tape off those bubbles, you don't want to mess one of those up and have to deal with it.

He's going to have to deal with them pretty soon, those zits are going to pop.

My beater had a huge rust bubble right behind the rear wheel. One day the paint just literally peeled off while driving...
