This is my sister's car and she just came home from college for the weekend. About a year ago she got stuck in mud somewhere and mud got slung on the hood and some other panels. So instead of coming home and letting me take care of it, she goes to a gas station and using one of those window squeegees to "clean" the mud off. Of course this swirled and scratched the paint like crazy! Since I had the car for the weekend, I decided to see how much correction you can actually achieve with a PC 7424XP. Well, I will let the pictures do the speaking...
I apologize for some of the pictures being poor looking and making the car look blue.
Some pretty heavy swirling..
Bottom half of the right side is done with M105 w/PFW one section pass..
50/50
And done..
Topped with Wolfgang Deep Gloss Paint Sealant.
I wasn't expecting to get so many swirls out and leveled out some of the deep RIDS to where they are difficult to see.
Thanks for looking
