This is my Uncles other vehicle. You may have seen the Ford Taurus SHO... Well this is the Thunderbird that I have on a regular maintenance schedule... I did a complete detail on this, aside from the engine. It wasn't bad to start as you will see, My uncle is very good with his cars. I unfortunately didn't get any inside shots for some reason. I was consumed with the look of the outside. haha.
Outside:
Washed with Rain-x/Dawn mixture. I couldn't get his hose attachment off to attach my "foam gun" to it, so I was left without it. Wheels didn't need any wheel cleaner as they are good to start.
I then proceeded to bring it in the garage and did a one step cleaner wax to the top of the vehicle since it did have a couple water spots. But very few. On top of the cleaner wax I applied a good coat of Collinite 845.
Wheels:
I washed with dawn and sprayed the wheel wells down with a dawn mixture as well.
After waxing the car, I applied a coat of Collinite 845 on the rims as well. And for a tire shine I used Meguiars Endurance tire gel. Man is this stuff great! Best tire dressing I have used yet. I put a total of about 3 coats of this stuff on and it really made the wheels POP!
Inside:
Normal vacuum, applied Aerospace 303 Protectant on all the interior surfaces. On the leather seats I applied Lexol Leather cleaner and conditioner. They are the seats with the red inserts and black around them. They turned out great.
Not many pics, But enjoy what I have!
