    the simple effect of wax

well, my brother is the owner of this 16 valve GLI, he just picked it up not too long ago and has already moved on to a tacoma, so this is for sale...i decided to clean up the paint as much as i could and heres what ive done so far...most of what ive done so far was done with XMT3 on orange pads and followed with red moose glaze and nattys blue. i only completed about half of the outside , and its not perfect. some chips and deeper scratches that i cant do anything for...

this one shows the effect of nattys blue. nothing else, just nattys on a swirly, oxidized, neglected white paint job. look to the top right corner of the trunk.

this shows the reflection after polishing and nattys blue, look at that sexy man with the camera!

ok, here i had polished and laid nattys a week before on the fender, nothing on the door though. look at the beading, almost no water on the door but tons on the fender

In the corner is it just that little spot, that looks nice or did you do a square or something?

yea its just that little square or circle area.... added a LOT of wetness, reflection, and cleaned that area a lot.... the paint is in terrible shape by our standards so every few days ill do a panel or 2 lol. the trunk and roof are the worst, hood cleaned up pretty nicely though minus rock chips

I used some Natty's Blue for the first time this week. It is really a great wax for the money.

yea for the price, i highly doubt it could be beat...although waxes like maxwax and others are easier to use, nattys is just rock hard

My NB must be special lol, it goes on so smooth and easily for me, Souv had a slight edge in applying/removing. Though I still let NB haze and buff off, Scott and a few others said they used it wowo but haven't tried that with it.

How does its application compare to Souveran paste, in your opinion?
That is one I have never tried.
Does the jar last longer, or not as long as SP?

It still applies very easily for me, and is very easy to buff off after hazing. Souveran has a slight edge in application and removal as it's designed as a wowo product. I haven't tried wowo with NB, kinda like buffing the light haze lol.

Both jars should easily last 25-30 applications.

    Likewise for me.

NB is my everyday paste wax. Applies and removes very easily, great look. Souveran's a bit easier to apply, about the same to remove.

NB's an incredible paste wax for the price. Doesn't quite have the depth/wetness of Souveran on dark colors, but to the non-judging eye the difference probably isn't that noticable.
