    F-650 Dump Truck

A few weeks ago I landed a landscaping company's fleet of trucks. Me and a fellow forum member (Audilover) cleaned 3 of his trucks a few weeks ago. Last night I was back to detail his F-650 dump truck. Same as his other trucks this thing was a mess inside. Outside wasn't too bad, so the majority of my time was spent inside.

    Products Used:

    Duragloss 901
    Collinite 845
    Superclean degreaser - Diluted 3:1
    Poorboys Bug Squash
    303 Aerospace
OPC started with a dilution of 5:1, but wasn't enough so went to 3:1
    Stoners Invisible Glass
Detail King TNT - For tires - something I don't use often but it's perfect for jobs like this.

    Equipment Used:

    3 - 5 gallon buckets - 2 with grit guards
    Chenille wash mitt
    Various brushes
    Lots of MFs
    Lots of detailing q-tips
    Powermate pressure washer
PC 7424xp - to apply wax
LC CCS 5.5" red pad to apply wax
    Wet/dry vac

Truck when it arrived - FYI the dump portion was not detailed

Afters - Apologize that I didn't get some of the exact pics as my before. It was already 8:30pm and I wanted to get home.

I'll be back at this guys shop tonight detailing his 20ft boat. So I'll have a write up on that tomorrow!

    Thanks for reading!

    Hey Jason,

I guess my first comment would be; OH MY GOD, what a mess!! But then again this is a working dump truck and not your typical garage queen....

I'm really amazed at the before and after photos and the owner must have been shocked with the before and afters. This is some quality work Jason and I'm certain that you'll build quite a following in little time..

    Superb work...

Thanks Bobby! I did the OH MY GOD thing a few weeks ago when I first saw his other trucks...but your right they are working dump trucks. They are going to be dirty and by the end of the day today I'm sure that truck will be a mess again. But oh well.

The owner actually doesn't really seem to care at all. He didn't even look at it after I was done. Which is fine by me. No complaints is a job well done in my book!

Turned out great considering the time restraints

    Nice job Jason

Very cool. I bet it was nice not having to bend over to work on that interior haha.

    It looks awesome.

It was nice being able to stand up to clean the interior. But being on a 4ft ladder to clean the roof, windshield, and hood wasn't fun. Especially when everything is wet!
