    99 Chevy Suburban

My dad got his suburban back from a local detailer in the before pics

It was hideous........I mean really bad swirls and holograms, scratches , and scuffs all over the place. He paid some one $250+ to do this. The guy said he couldn't get the oxidation off the hood....I don't think he knew what he was doing. Well............

That was before I found this site and started detailing. This is my forth correction project. It's not perfect but a far cry better than it was.

After it was washed at the coin wash and ONR in the nice warm shop..............

I used: The wolfgang system and about 16 hrs

    TSR
    WGFG
    WGDGPS
    and Collinite 845 on top

    Enjoy

    Before

    And After

    [/IMG]

    A 50/50 of the hood

A nice glob of silicone where the bug shield button was

    And After

    Back door Before

    And After

    And a Wet look

    Thanks for looking

It's crazy how someone can get that kind of money for a job like that. He should have gotten his money back. There's no reason to give a customer back their vehicle like that.

    Thanks..............

Now I understand when you guys talk about the "Hack" detailers out there. And some customers don't know what a "Real" detail or paint corrections is . My dad will know from now on. He even asked me..... Whats the best way to wash it now ?

And the best part...........I have already gotten another detail to do from this one.

    A couple more pics

Parking Lights were dull and yellowing

After using a 3M correction kit
