    Chevy Silverado

Customer wanted wash & wax, with interior detail. Customer obviously uses this as his work truck and treats it as such. The interior was nasty and he had tools and papers stuffed every where.

    Products Used

    Interior
    1Z Cockpit
    1Z Deep Plastic Cleaner
    303 Aerospace
    Vacuum
    Stoners Invisible Glass
    Various MFs and Brushes
DP Carpet Extractor Pretreatment (just for a couple spots, customer was not paying for a full carpet shampooing)

    Exterior
    Two Bucket Wash Method
    Megs NXT Soap
    Schmitt Wash Mitt
Truck was Foamed with DP Xtreme Foam, Dawn, & APC mix
    Super Degreaser - Diluted 4:1
    Adams Clay
    DP Rinseless as clay lube
    Various MFs & Brushes
    Sonax Wheel Cleaner
Collinite 845 applied via PC7424 and Red LC CCS Pad
    Turtle Wax Chrome Polish
IPA - For a couple sap droppings that had hardened
    Adams VRT

On to the pics - Enjoy!

Truck as it arrived this morning

After the wheels were cleaned the truck was foamed

Clay bar after doing only a quarter of the drivers side bed...truck was filthy and this brand new clay bar is now in the trash after this wash.

    And some afters

    Thanks for looking!

nice work. i hate those seats with a passion. everything sticks to them like velcro. lint and pet hair are almost impossible to remove sometimes.

The 2010 seats are a huge improvement but still not great.

That interior was nasty. Good job

Nice job, you even got off the paint transfer on the front bumper Did the clay take that out?

Nice job! Believe me, I own a 2008 Silverado and those seats are a nightmare. The only thing that seems to work for me is wrapping duct tape inside out around my hand like a lint roller but stronger and that seems to do the trick.

Walmart sells a lint roller (dont have the name offhand) and it is much better than the 3m ones it picks up alot but you go through a couple sheets (tear offs) for each seat. I use it on my 08 Tahoe with the infamous lint seats. The worst is dog hair (black lab). PITA to get off they are like needles poking into the seat.

The majority of it came out when I clayed. The rest was hidden by the wax. You can still kind of see it, but it is much better than it was.
