Love this car
One of my life goals, to own this car by the time I'm 50. (Or at least one very much like it)
Saw this beauty at a local car show in my area in Hanover Ontario, Canada.

The 1969's are indeed one of my favorites too.

Re: Love this car
Beautiful car. 69 is, arguably, the best year for great looking muscle cars.

My friend's son is the same way.
The new stuff is nice, but you just can't beat a good classic in my opinion. Take away all the electronics, traction control, stability control programs, sensors, etc and you're left with a pure driving experience. No airbags, no alarms or keyless entry, no 20 speaker sound systems, no nav system, no gizmos. This was a time when cruise nights were born. Shine it up, get a bunch of friends together and cruise around. Who can argue with that?

Remember the days when a tune up was a set of plugs, distributor cap, points and a rotor? Now if your car hiccups you need a computer to tell you why.

Never be afraid to do something new. Remember, amateurs built the ark; professionals built the titanic
