Maybe if you have a chance you can take a negative and turn it into a positive, print his thread out, (usually have to use Landscape option), and then share the print out and our forum with whoever it is you deal with and let them know their technician that does the buffing could pick up a few tips just by reading our forum.
It's a testimony to the power of discussion forums in that our members can do better work the the people that actually do this for a living.
Amen to that.
I had my own run-in with a bodyshop "detailer" not too long ago. It's amazing that someone who considers themselves a professional can be so horrible at what they do.
