Impressions:SRT-10 Ram Black
A customer has 2005 Ram 1500 SRT-10 Viper powered 4 Door Pick-up With hard tonneu cover in black with 10,000 miles on it, I washed it last week and as I was drying it he asked what these marks were that were all over his truck. I proceeded to educate him in the subject of swirls and halograms. Hence he gave me the job
Here's some before pics.....
And I hope to get a lesson in posting pics to this forum by the best pic-poster on here......I'll let you guess

Nice work I hope you gave him a lesson on how to wash the awesome truck . People who don't know how to care for there cars should not be allowed to own black . What did he wash it with a red shop rag & the some dirty from the driveway and probably some Dawn. Nice work Rob

Re: Impressions:SRT-10 Ram Black
customer owns this truck since new, about 2 years ago he had some guy do a "DITECH" job on it....not sure what that is and he said it looked great after. Than about a year ago he was recommended to a mobile detailer in our area who "buffed it" to a perfect shine, yeh right.
about a month ago I started washing his cars..300/SRT-8-black, Escalade-black and Ram-black. He really never washes his own car that I know of. So now that I fixed his problem, of course I get to fix them all now.
Does anyone know what DITECH is?

A great place for low price home mortages?
Also great job, thats a beautiful truck! Though single cab 6spd would have been even betteR! Also what did you use for the tires? Nice satin look, and such a perfectly uniform application to the tire...

Re: Impressions:SRT-10 Ram Black
I use black magic tire dressing applied by sponge. I cut a 5"x7"x1.5"
sponge into 3 equal pieces and spray dressing onto flat edge of sponge (2-3 sprays), do all tires once than go over a second time without adding more dressing. This seems to be the cleanest way without getting dressing all over the vehicle or rims. I always drive the vehicle around the parking lot to even out the edge of the dressing for a clean look
As for DITECH.....some guy came into town about a year ago, set up at a local performance shop for a week and did a bunch of cars. From what I was told it's kinda expensive (like $600) the guy was from Orlando and even put an emblem on the truck (see tailgate pic) next to SRT-10 Emblem. Looks kinda like a country flag. He said it was a procedure that was developed and used in europe. Probably BS.
Thanks for the compliments
