About 5 months and 5 washes later... This stuff seems to just keep beading. The car is a garage queen. The reason for so few washes was that we were getting a lot or rain here in So Cal for a while so it really didn't make too much sense to constantly wash it. This is on the plastic bumper which has a pebbled surface. 2 cured coats on all the external trim and showing the same results.

That good, how many miles did you drive while coated?
Is this the TW Hybrid Solutions Ceramic Spray Wax?
I too found it to be surprisingly durable. Performs far better than Griots 3 in 1 from my usage. I have noticed it has a more traditional sealant/coating water behavior, but that really isn't too big of an issue considering what it offers.
And during these 5 months, were there every any sort of toppers, drying aids or spray n rinse sealants added to the paint? Rarely does any detailing enthusiast just wash and dry the paint without spraying something on top for gloss or slickness or beading or all of the above.
I am a advocate of both products. Just did this last weekend. 2 coats of the spray coating. And I always maintained with the wet wax after washes. If I want to switch it up a bit, I will get their FLEX WAX out and use it as a rinse wax then dry the truck.

Yep, most of the newer car wash products contain some type of bead booster. I've used ceramic soaps on bare paint and got 2 weeks out of them.
