Klasse Sealant Glaze - round 2

I decided to go a 2nd round with the Klasse. This time, I decided to use a small UFO sponge applicator LIGHTLY dampened with the heavily diluted D115 mix, and only used a few drops of KSG per panel section. I applied it to the whole car and let it set up for about 2 hours. Using two clean microfibers, I lightly misted some D115 on the panel and buffed it off with one microfiber. After wiping down the whole car, I went over it with the second MF, buffing off what little residue was left. It turned out much better than the last time.

    Here are the pics:

    Awesome finish!

What is the expected longevity from Klasse?

    According to the statement HERE,
Klasse High Gloss Sealant Glaze creates an elastic, non-chip, shrink-proof, heat and scratch resistant - protective seal against ultraviolet rays, salt water, acid rain and industrial pollutants for up to 12 months.

The last time I used KSG was on my red '06 Suzuki, that had SS paint that faded really quick. The Klasse held up PRETTY well, but it turned out that NOTHING really lasted too long on that car. It seemed to me that nothing really lasted because the paint oxidized so fast that nothing could last -kind of like the paint would either deteriorate under the wax/sealant and need to be redone, or whatever wax/sealant I did use couldn't properly bond with the $#itty paint job and failed way early.

Re: Klasse Sealant Glaze - round 2

Today, after about 24 hours curing time, I added a second coat of KSG (I don't count what I did two weeks ago, applying it with the PC since I think I 'washed' the KSG off using so much watered sown D115 to remove it - my fault).

This time, I didn't feel any "drag" as I applied the 2nd coat and I only waited an hour before buffing the haze off - which came off MUCH easier than yesterday's 'initial coat.' It also required almost no D115 to remove the haze-only in the most heavily applied areas and even then, I just misted a very minimal amount of D115 on the heavy areas only. I would say that over 90% of the haze just wiped right off with no drama.

*I* can't tell if coat #2 made a difference appearance-wise, but I'll take a closer look tomorrow morning in the sun after this coat has had 24 hours to cure. I believe that products like this take a day or so before they reach their appearance peak.
