Do you have any experience on the multi layer with carpro coatings before if you got a longer longevity than less layers? Or is just for what you wrote about the most scratch resistant as possible you are after?
i Sold my Rapide, That had 9 coats on it when it was sold, that was the first car i did, the next oldest is my range rover, i did that car in june of 2017, it only has two coats on it but its my daily driver and Lives outside . The wives Range has one coat. I feel i need to redo both coatings, but they have both lasted and i am in no rush to recoat them. Reasons why i want to recoat the wives, my wife and kids with the way they touch the paint, and also some minor scratches and very few swirls. My Range, i messed up on a waterless wash and induced some marks. With that said, I wasn't upset when i realized what i did because i knew i wasn't going to hsve to remove clear. All i needed to do was remove the ceramic, maybe work over the clear very little at most, then reapply. I have also noticed more gloss at 2 and 3 coats of Classic and i like the thickness of the UK. So for me, its the added gloss, protection and the fact that i can work much more with ceramic rather then stripping down clear off any of the cars.

Your uncle is really a lucky man for two main reasons
    1). Having that porsche..
2). Getting it detailed like this that too for free...

You did not charge anything for this.. what planning to grab some shares in his company or what??

    Jokes apart...
I could really notice the passion in you in whole video, which otherwise isn't seen in any professional guy mainly its because they have to deal with n no. Of vehicles(no offense to anyone here)

I have a question for you
What is the time gap between each diff type of coatings
Also the time diff between each coat of same coatings..
    TIA

    First off, thank you!

    Re: your question,

I worked on the car over 5 days, if the car was coated twice within the same period of time allotted to work on the car, there was a hour gap from starting the coating, to getting back to that part of the vehicle and starting a second coating.

At most, it was done, the next morning or that evening. (Before or after returning home from work).

With GLISS, I read that a person should wait a minimum of 4hrs after the last coat of classic/UK before applying GLISS.

So with GLISS, I waited till the morning after I did my last coating of Uk. Then an hour in between starting the 2nd coat of GLISS, the 3rd coat was put on that evening of the same day (when I returned from work)

    Home that didn’t confuse you.
