I will probably go get a reading later in the week, I will post the results.
I literally finished the car, dropped it off and ran to the airport to grab the family.

Wow what a thorough job. Well done. I have never done the ceramic coating, I have some I just never seem to get the time to apply. Thanks for sharing. Phil

What is your thought to start with classic and then cquk? When layering cquarts combo most does the other way around. Cquk to get the hard shell and then classic tio2 for the extra shine.
Nice to help your uncle out and very generous. That Porsche will be protected for a long time and looks awesome.
I like to start with the classic to grab that gloss then seal it in with the UK. Since UK is thicker, it acts as more of a shell to the classic. Protecting the classic to some degree. ( maybe it’s just all In my head )

Sounds logic Think it was on the carpro UK site they recommended cquk as a base and classic on top when combo it. But I think you would be good either way.
Do you have any experience on the multi layer with carpro coatings before if you got a longer longevity than less layers? Or is just for what you wrote about the most scratch resistant as possible you are after?

That is a labor of love and I am amazed that it only took you 23 hours. I have detailed cars for friends and family and I could not charge them either. I have heard that the CQuartz SiO2 is easier to work with and remove than the UK version. Did you experience that as well?

I think I’ve coated about 8 or 9 cars before this one. All with different combos of Cquartz one was Wolfgang’s. The Wolfgang I ended up removing and applying Cquartz. The UK cures very quick. I fine it to be more of a wipe on and wipe off. If you follow the directions it cures and becomes harder to remove, not impossible, but definitely a work out. But yes, classic is easier to work with, but not as thick as UK once cured

I'm pretty sure though that 2 coats is the max unless your using Syncro where 4 base coats is max and 1 top coat and your done.

I could swear I had this convo with the people at carpro, but what I can say for sure is that classic, UK and gliss all have a different feel to them the next day. This car was done over 5 days and the feel after the classic was the lighter heavy feel, the UK had the heavy feel and the gliss did have the less heavy feel. To me, they all stuck as they should have. Or maybe it’s just in my head. Not sure..
