LSN Autodetailing - 2007 Merc E350 w/ Rock-chip repairl

This was a 3peat customer!!! Our favorite kind. This time it was to detail his wife's 2007 Merc E350 Daily Drive.
The commute on NH/MA roads can be tough as seen by the damage done to this vehic.
They were thrilled with the results, and it is nice to have such amazing clients and service all their Merc's (3) & Truck.

Nice work.. that paint is a sod for chipping.. my last c class had the dark metillic grey ceramic and i have never has worse paint for chipping.. brittle and poor adhesion..
The front bumper on mine was resprayed twice in 5 years...

The HD speed and white pad worked well..

Thanks Jeff! Yes, I have a tackle box stuffed with all the Dr Colorchip products... gloves, various brushes, various squeegees, hundreds of seal-act cloths. Few containers of seal-act, I even maintain an assortment of colors for existing customers cars. And to push it to the geek level, I use the Carson Head Visor Magnifier Kit.

Yes, you are correct, it is Obsidian Black 040, it matched very nicely. Remember Dr. Color Chip is not an autobody shop in a bottle, it's just supposed to pass the 3ft test. I think this passed the 1ft test! Customer was very happy.

Before I even opened this thread, I was curious if this paint was "C" code. Sure enough it is, but using HDSpeed answered my next question ^_^ Glad I opened the thread. Beautiful work here!
