^ they are one company i do not trust. i wouldn't buy a polisher, carpet extractor, or anything that is expensive in fear of them not warranting it if there were a problem thus getting the run around. their car washes are the only decent offering, but there are equivalents from other companies that are just as good if not better..
if there were more companies like Autogeek and Griot's Garage with honesty/sincerity and good morals the car care industry (or any type of business for that matter) would be a better place...

If you want a great line to start with you can't go wrong with 3D/HD.
I'm a product w%%%%e and have used most of them, HD is where I'm at now.
Now regarding CG:
Silk Shine, the best interior detailer bar none imho. I used it today. I have at least 8 competing brands and it's still my favorite.
Their Nubas, Pete' 53 , 50/50 great stuff. Washes are all good, used Honey Dew today. The rest, I'm passing on.
I've given most of mine to others to share the wealth.

Don't get caught up in the Chemical Guys hype. I wasted my time with a lot of their products only to be disappointed with most of them.

Croftgate tire and plastic shine is the best interior detailer hands down. I will only use that. I personally use many CG products and very happy with them. I get amazing results on my customers vehicles with CG! CG may not be the best, top tier stuff but it works really well at a fair price.

Re: Chemical guys products
Having used some of Chemical Guys Products before; I would look into other brands. I do not have a single product from Chemical Guys anymore. Anything in the PBMG group are IMO superior in every way. Blackfire, Wolfgangs, Black Label and McKee. The same goes for Meguair's, Poorboys, Menzerna and a few more.

Re: Chemical guys products
I too have tried chemical guys, considering I'm local to them living in Torrance, I bought some of their products. Now you'll only see me there when they have a tent sale and they're selling cw&g and many other products at $10 for the gallon. Can't pass that up. I like their soaps and that's about it. Everything else I get from Autogeek. Can't ever go wrong with their customer service. I don't mind waiting a couple of extra days for my order either.
