for the ease of use, POWER WASH to clean, allow to dry and hammer it with FLUID FILM or the like. then when weather allows, a good hot wash cleans it right off
Funny to see this car, i recently did a red 2017 ZL1 camaro with 4k miles on it, owner thought it paint was perfect also...it was not and he quickly saw the difference.
i coated mine with black label diamond surface coating, roughly 6 months and still going strong. even with the wife using a bleach cleaner in the shower, just mentioned trying to not spray the glass
i will add this, when doing a customer car and being asked about ceramic coatings...i always steer away from ceramic on show cars and bikes...typically the owner gets some enjoyment out of the SHINY...
most likely a solvent pop from the factory coatings curing. Polish as normal, and quit micro inspecting (not trying to be rude, but it isnt worth chasing...you will do more harm than good)

you could try a cleaner wax, something with a very light abrasive. not as harsh as a polish or compound if you are worried...

as an alternative, i regularly hit polished and painted wheels...heck, all for that matter with Meguiars Ultimate Polish for quick shine... then usually a spray wax or the like.
