So I debadged my wife’s car and the heat gun caused a small wrinkle in the paint. Any way to fix this without Repainting the whole tailgate?

I don't recall the name of the product I used previously. But it was a mild stage 1 abrasive and did the trick so far, but I need something slightly more aggressive now so...
