Oh man, I didn't have a chance to check this thread over the weekend and it's 4 pages already. Lol I have to read through but it seems like my best move would be to wait and see how the HD Speed does...
Hi guys, I recently got a new '16 Golf Sportwagen in December. The car was sitting on the dealer lot for a bit so it does have some washing swirls, mostly on the hood and roof. It's a metallic silver...
Hey guys, my father recently got a 2015 Passat Limited Edition. It's a very nice car and a great value with a nice set of features for the price...but no heated mirrors. Is there any product out...
The AutoGeek Rinseless wash mitt is the best. I've tried sheepskin, different sponges and good quality microfiber towels but that is my favorite by far. Soft, holds a lot of solution and washes out...
Hi, I was wondering if it were possible to use a regular 4" Lake Country foam pad with the Meguiars DA Power System? They are not tapered like the Meguiars pads so there will be some overlap with the...
I'm looking to purchase the same DA next month and have a similar situation with my black Hyundai. I was extremely impressed with HD Speed as an AIO with just using the Meguiars DA drill system for a...
Well it was much nicer than I expected yesterday so I just went and used the DA Power System and yellow polishing pads with the HD Speed. (I am getting the Griots 6" Random Orbital next month so the...
AFAIK There are no fillers in Meguiar's White and Black waxes. I wasn't able to totally remove the swirls until I applied with a DA but I was able to get minor correction by hand.
It sounds like I'll just have to save the HD Speed for the DA. Maybe I'll just use the White wax by hand for now to hold me off until I can use the DA as I have been able to get some minor correction...
I was leaning towards the white pad since it will be on my Sonata and the swirls aren't bad. It sounds like that may be the best choice for this situation. I'll usually use the DA for an AIO...
I'm looking to do some hand application of HD Speed since I won't have the opportunity to use my DA for another couple of months. Which Lake Country pad would be best for light swirl correction by...
This would be on my personal vehicles. I would only use the AIO and use the Meguiars stuff to maintain the protection after washing and such. I don't have the time or the space to do a multi step...
Hey guys, all of the products I use are from Meguiars with the exception of ONR Wash & Wax. I really want to try HD Speed in the Spring to do an AIO treatment with the DA and yellow foam pad.
Well the winter temperatures are finally here and they have started to salt the roads even though we have only had a dusting of snow. I don't have a garage and there are no touch-less washes within...
Just want to show my daily driver. No garage and only ONR Wash and Wax every 1-2 weeks. Got it brand new in April and made the mistake of running it through the car wash a few times until I learned...
I always do Rinseless but I'm away for the weekend so all I have is microfiber towels in the trunk. That's why I'm limited to only "normal people" options. Lol
Hey guys, I'm going to be away for the weekend but my car is pretty dirty and I would like to wash it. What is the safer method out of the public options? Lol A coin operated spray soap and rinse...
I got the new Rinseless wash mitt and used it today. It works great, my favorite so far. The dirt rinses off very easily, my favorite so far out of the grout sponge, sheepskin mitt and just regular...
If you have a black or dark colored car and don't want to spend much, I really like Meguiars Black Wax. I only have the 4" DA Power System, but I did a quick pass on my '15 Sonata this weekend and...
Exactly as the title states. I've been using rinseless washes for a couple of years and never had any problems until me current car. It seems to be very susceptible to extremely light scratches.
