I'd suggest wrapping the part that hits your paint with a microfiber.

UWW has wax in it. I’d suggest checking with the body shop to see how soon you’ll be able to wax or clean the car. I believe the general best practice here is to wait 30 days to clean/wax new paint...

Ultima has a waterless wash that leaves acrylic protection.

Has anyone used Wolfgang's as a waterless wash? If so, how do results compare to Ultima?

BRS not working great for me either. Sounded like sandpaper running across the paint (which was recently clayed). Drying towel was dirty. This doesn't happen with the microfiber rinseless wash mitt...

Maybe some small barriers around the car - makeshift gates with string or something with a sign that says "DO NOT TOUCH". Also, maybe install a NEST camera (or something similar) that stays focused...

understanding how this differs from a standard compound or polish would be really helpful.

Why even use an AIO if it needs to be topped? Why not just go with a trusty polish like 205 and then add your LSP? This never made sense to me.
