i got a spare set of shock /coilover , just wondering what would be the best products to clean them up ?

i m assuming APC or wheel& brake cleaner to clean and maybe some spray on wax to...

ah ok so polsihing is a must whenever it does wear off before a new coat can be applied. darn it, was hoping to get away with it

do you have to polish the car after 6 month like regular CC or it wears off on its own?

thanks for the response, i do almost all the step you indicated except the light polish , the main reason , polishing a car can take a very long time.

would you say if i just apply another coat...

bumping an old thread, so if you simply reapply another coat after it's lost its hydrophobic property after n years, it wont properly bond? (i think the answer is yes based on what i read in this...
