On my hood right now I have BLACKFIRE Black Ice, Collinite 845, HD Poxy, Pinnacle Souveran, Meguiars Black Wax, and Optimum Car wax in different sections... All known to be very good black car waxes....

One orange pad is enough for just that part of the vehicle, but if you were to do more you would need more than one. You can just Polish that part though and be fine
I did a comparison with these three products oddly enough (black paint), I found that Prima amigo on a white pad did the most filling by far, but by hand Black Hole does the most.
