    Purchasing pads & backing plates.

I've positioned myself to a predicament where I need to simply replace my pad collection with new. My rotary has been sold, leaving me with my Rupes 21 and 7424XP with 6" backing plate.

    My tag...

Thanks and thanks. Those are words I live by - humble yourself, open your eyes, and reap from the benefits. :xyxthumbs:

  7. Re: Boat Detailing. How to get new customers

Don't rule out the marinas with detailers. For example, I worked for a particular detailer that owned a lift and slip in a marina, but other detail companies were welcome to compete for customers.

Learned that the hard way... :buffing: Three sets of pads in! Get ready to toss that archaic rotary away!

    Re: Post Your Unpacking Pictures

First order from AG. Was pretty excited with the Sonax FE on my recently polished rims. Speed Master should definitely come with safety goggles! I was also interested to see how well D101 holds up...

    Re: For the 'outdoorsy' folk...

    For the 'outdoorsy' folk...

Had some fun with this one. Full decon on the exterior, quickie interior. Vinyl lettering removal. P.S. I'm looking for suggestions on adhesive removal for the next time.

    Looks like it was parked...

Re: spray paint on a car

Trim will be the fun part. When I was in the overspray business we either dyed the trim or coated it with a spray from SEM.
