Hi all,

I have a aluminum tonneau cover (Bakflip) that is a sandwiched design (some poly inside) with an aluminum top and bottom side. The aluminum is "textured" and the top is getting oxidized...

I'm guessing obv = "obviously"?

Have you tried compound / polish? I did my kids Civic last weekend; planned for sandpaper...but was able to get good results with compound (and then polished) only:
