Just give your chemicals a longer DWELL TIME (20 mins) and you don't have to agitate that hard for good results.

I'd just ditch the pressure washer and carry a hose and nozzle just in case. As a mobile service, you never know what you will run into.

I agree, you don't have to buy all kinds of equipment for interiors. A hot water extractor is nice to have, but you can still clean most interiors if you have some creativity.

You should try some professional carpet cleaner pretreatments. Also, try your best to match the spot remover with the specific stain. Folex is ok but its neutral so by design won't work on everything...
