    Re: Review - CarPro Essence

Given that subaru's tend to have softer paint, I would have expected a bit more cut tbh.
Finishig results look good. Keep us updated on how the C2v3 holds up
  4. Re: Why I am ditching my favorite sealant (Polymer Net Shield) for CQuartz UK. Is PNS flawed, or is it just me?

It certainly has gloss enhancers. These will also give you beading, but might be muted much easier by contaminants then PNS. So you'd actyally should be blaming honey dew or the shampoo you are...
  5. Re: Why I am ditching my favorite sealant (Polymer Net Shield) for CQuartz UK. Is PNS flawed, or is it just me?

Haven't read all the responses, so might be told already. But most shampoos and the CG foam for sure have gloss enhancers in them. These will cover the PNS and mask the water behaviour from PNS. So...

    Re: CarPro Essence!

No, Wolf's Chemicals has had this for years wih their nano glaze. Cuts, fills and leaves a nanocoating behind. I have even used this underneath CQUK and it has been going strong for 50000km now....

    Re: Wolf chemicals hard body

  8. Re: Any one have any experience with nano coatings?

I have used Wolf's Chemicals bodywrap and the new bodyguard on multiple cars, including my own and after 1 year they are still going strong.
I use other shampoo's, just avoid the ones with gloss...

Re: Mazda Clear Coats Too Thin???

Cquartz is prettt easy to use, but there might be easier one, like the pinaccle one, I just don't know if these form a crystallised layer like Cquartz.

Re: Mazda Clear Coats Too Thin???

It is very thin these days. Personally, I'd give it a very light polish and put a proper coating on it like Cquartz.

  14. Re: Id's this what I should expect from Second Skin Six?

Yes, that is what you should expect. It doesn't bead at all, but it sheets. Only, it does this so slowly on a just washed car, that when the car is lightly dirty / dusty, it doesn't work anymore. ...
