I contacted Koch Chemie and I asked them to explain why their bottle of GSF (Gentle Snow Foam) has an indication on the front label that reads "Danger: Corrosive".

I've sent them 3 emails...

I'm curious... wouldn't a high alkaline pre-wash damage plastic or rubber surfaces?

I actually do like KSG but my neighbor just gave me a bottle of UPGP as a gift and I'm eager to try it out. However, just yesterday, I applied 2 coats of KSG on my car.

Is it OK to layer UPGP over a layer of Klasse SG that's been cured for 12 hours?

I used a 4" meguiar's cutting pad which is brown so I can't see any basecoat paint (green) and besides...I didn't go all the way into the clear. Perhaps 80-90% of the clear is gone but there still...

Yeah, that's what I was thinking...have that panel shot with clear again.

I would post a pic but I don't have a camera. Essentially, it looks as if the clear was cut down...very little shine and it has somewhat of a different surface texture than the adjacent (undamaged)...

My favorite product to use on vinyl is Blue Magic's Leather & Vinyl Cleaner topped-off with their Leather Cream Conditioner. Try it on your vinyl...you'll be pleasantly surprised!

I have several coats of Collonite 476 applied on my 'cuda. I wanted to try RMMG. Will 2 hand-applied coats of RMMG remove the 476?
