  1. Re: 1990 Marina Blue Miata restored with Wolfgang's new AIO

Bumping this thread back up... because it's a phenomenal color and you did a great job! Looks just like mine now too, haha. Would you say that this was a fairly soft paint, or no? Have you...
  2. Re: Painted a bumper - Anyone offer painting services?

That's a pretty solid hit! Your paintwork looks good though. Did you get the paint from eBay as well?
  3. Re: Porsche 997 GT3 correction and coating with CQuartz Finest

It's amazing how unique the look of a coating is. That gloss is just insane and unmatchable by any other type of LSP, it seems. Looks phenomenal, despite being brown :P Kidding, great work man!
  4. Re: Arizona Detail - 85' Mustang Fox Body - Original Paint Restored & CQuartz Finest

First off, amazing work, that old red paint looks incredible!

Second, could you provide a little more info on this 'pitting'? My '91 Miata has the same thing all over its original single stage...

Re: Rug Doctor any good for interiors?

    Thanks for the feedback.

I watched some videos and now understand that a steamer is a separate machine to assist in hand cleaning, while these extractors are like power shampooers with a vacuum...

Rug Doctor any good for interiors?

Hi all, does anyone have any experience using the Rug Doctor machines in cars? I was thinking about trying one since they can be rented locally for cheap. My project Miata has old cigarette odor and...
  7. Re: Premier Auto Detailing by Evan:Viper GTS Stryker Green 1 of 33

Wow, that color is phenomenal. Why would you want a white or silver car when you can have that? Great work on it man! The Rupes is quiet enough to use in a showroom? I really need to do something...
  8. Re: Sonic Blue '13 Mustang I did Sunday. One of the best looking colors out there!!

I'm also a fan of Blue Flame...

But that Sonic Blue is gorgeous as well!! Great work man.
  9. Re: 1993 Mazda Miata supercharged (fun with single stage paint)

Looks great! I like your taste in cars. What combo did you find gave good correction on the larger panels? I have one of the same vintage.
  10. Re: Cadillac ATS correction and water spot removal

What did you use to take care of the spots on the inside of the trunk lid and jambs, 3" DA? Were they etched or just dirt?
  11. Re: Just tried Pinnacle Glasswork Water Spot Remover

Are foam pads a good combo with this stuff? I have a bottle, but have only tried it briefly by hand.
  12. Re: Get Detailed | Porsche 911 | Paint Correction | Toronto

Wow, that 991 looks incredible!! The gloss on that blue is great. Congrats on working on that pair!

Re: Few Correction Jobs I did recently

On the Z, what are all those dots in the after shots? Deep pits from water spots, or just dust? I've got the same sort of permanent spots all over my car and it really bugs me.

    They all look...
  14. Re: Adonis Detail - BMW e90 Paint Correction With Crystal Rock

That last pic... gloss is incredible.
  15. Re: Adonis Detail - BMW M6 Paint Correction with CQuartz Finest

Looks phenomenal. Is it just me, or do these coatings seem to give a ridiculous level of gloss that wax/sealant can't deliver?
  16. Re: Post your best before and after pics!!!!!

A Miata with a crappy 10 year old Maaco single stage repaint. It was practically a matte finish, talk about oxidation!

    Need repaint advice

Hi guys, I recently managed to crunch up the corner of my Miata; long story short I'm replacing the front bumper cover and fender. I'm concerned with getting a decent paint match though, this car has...

  22. Re: 05 STi in WRB, exterior detail (lots of pictures)

Looks amazing! That color is absolutely gorgeous!! (I'm a bit biased, both my cars are blue :)) I agree that the little details really make the whole job, less than perfect headlights look awful to...

    1991 Mazda Miata - 53k
