What kind of vehicle? Are you using a machine or hand polishing? What products/pads do you have? Did you clay? Need many more details in order to help you out.

Slow it down my friend! Slower speed with microfiber pad. I believe meguiars recommends 4800 rpms for cutting.

Depends on what you're trying to achieve, what kind of car, paint hardness etc. Do a test spot with the white, if you not satisfied, try orange.

Can 845 be topped with blackfire crystal seal? That would be an easy topper if you can use a spray sealant over a wax..
