maybe the tire has those ribs in the middle and it didn't adhere to the tire. On a 2012 grand Cherokee those Goodyear tires get on my nerve with those ribs.

I had a black 2012 TL FG2500 with an orange LC flat pad followed by SF4500 with a white pad did a marvelous job on that car. I even got great result the second time with just FG2500 on a white pad...

Yeah I have drop mine about 4 times. It has a similar noise but I'll ride it out until it stops. I only use it to spread wax and sealents.
