Also (Depending on vehicle size) you could get a canopy for a relatively decent price to provide some shade while your washing anywhere from 10X10 - 10X20 or something larger if that's what you fancy.
I have one of these, have an extension and 2.5" stiff backing plate on it for 3" pads. I ONLY use this for headlights that way I never have to switch out backing plates. The vibrations from it are.....
Although the Firebird works great for me for the time being, steer clear of it. It's just a rebranded one from china they sell for $100-175. Also Mytee Customer service straight up blows.
