I'm glad you have had a good experience with CG but please don't try to compare them with AG's professional customer service, because they are not in the same universe.
Because Chemical Guys really needs a bit of criticism for the very poor customer service they provide via phone and email. Read the many threads about it.

Mine fell apart as well but did so more "Cleanly" than yours. The whole epoxy block holding the hair fell out of the handle. I used super glue to get it back in and it seems to be holding up.
