    Re: Poorboys vs Zaino

When it comes to protection and durability, Zaino is tough to beat.

When it comes to looks, some like the Zaino look, and others don't.

Personally, I think your Redfire Cobra will look great...

    Re: best car wash????

Any reasonably good car wash... with an ounce or so of ONR. Makes a superb wash! :D
  6. Re: When is the new optimum stuff going to be here?

Thanks! The old OCW needed more slickness. The added gloss will be a big plus.
  7. Re: When is the new optimum stuff going to be here?

Did you notice any other improvements to the Spray Wax? More shine or gloss?

Poll: Re: What do you look for in a wax (or LSP)?

I like them all, but voted for reflection and crisp look... and to see the crazy total percentage. :D

The total percentage right now is 210.29% :awesome:

    Re: Sheepskin Wasmitt Disentregration

A sheep is one year old or more. A lamb is less than a year old. :D

One would think that the lambswool would be softer????????

    Re: Sheepskin Wasmitt Disentregration

For sure... AG will take care of you. On another note...

A lot of the Sheepskin used in mitts comes from Australia... doesn't it? One would think that you would be able to pick up the best mitts...

    Re: Sheepskin Wasmitt Disentregration

    Me too!

I've been using sheepskin mitts from a different supplier, and they've been holding up great.

Also, make sure you hang them to dry out of the sun. If you can put them on a long plastic...

    Re: The 9 wax showdown!

Great thread! Thanks for taking the time and effort to do it.

I have to agree, for it's ease of use, looks, and availability, NXT 2.0 is tough to beat, and much, much better than the original. It...

    Re: Questions

IMHO, about the only thing the Sealing Wax will do is hide the marring... temporarily.

The 106 after the SIP would be fine, with a rotary and the correct pad/speed.

    I guess the questions...

Re: Flex 3401- how safe is it?

No problem. I understand that $300 is a lot of money for a "detailing toy". :D

Take the time to decide... it's your money!

Re: Flex 3401- how safe is it?

I'll take a couple of them, someone else can take the others, as I have no idea.

To date, I've only used my son's Flex 3 times, so here are my answers with limited experience with the machine.

I have Bosch Excel's on one vehicle, and the ION's on another. Both work well, but I really like the ION's.

Exactly! If you want the swirls gone, you might have to after them with a rotary buffer and more aggressive products. Or, you may want to just leave them as they are, and fill them with a glaze.

    Re: Best AIO?

    1. Yes.

    2. Pretty durable on it's own, but topping it really provides outstanding durability.

    3. 501 is the Marine version of 105. IMHO, it cleans better, and lasts longer.
