Re: My Experience with Prima Products!

Thanks for the review. I didn't realize I was going on the record. :-)

Amigo with an orange pad will remove the skankiest of oxidation. I don't really know if it will pull off a coating.

    Re: Prima hydro max

Yes, we got a bit behind in production. Just yesterday sent a bunch to PBMG. Tons of inventory now.

    Re: Prima hydro max review

Absolutely. You will noticed refreshed slickness and a bit more depth.

BTW-I did a bulk of my testing on Sapphire Black. You guys shouldn't run into any issues on black.

    Re: Prima Hydro MAX

Yes, it is 2 parts Hydro and 1 part Hydro Seal, but it is way better to error on the side of more spray Hydro. If it got lumpy, I suspect there was a forgotten shake. This mix separates rapidly, so...

    Re: Prima Hydro MAX

Hydro MAX has a few tweeks over the home blend. Basically little touches to eliminate streaking and so on. It's close enough that if you are mixing your own, you may not notice a major difference....

    Re: Prima Hydro MAX

If you like Hydro Seal, then you will love Hydro MAX! You get the same features and benefits in a spray and wipe; organic shine, slick finish and durability. It looks good. It feels good. It...

    Re: Prima Hydro MAX

Thanks all. We keep aiming for quality. ;-)

It isn't up yet on our site. I am waiting on me to get pictures taken. I'm going to try really, really hard to get it done this week.

    Re: Prima Hydro MAX

Prima Hydro MAX will not replace regular spray Hydro. It is more of an overlap of Hydro Seal. I love Hydro Seal, but if I can spray install the same look and durability, that is what I am going to...

Re: Introducing - Prima Hydro Seal & Hydro Wash!

Sure, you can use water. Just like with straight Hydro Seal on the paint. Using water as your wetting agent works well. Hydro is better. Using Hydro also adds some extra pop.

Re: Introducing - Prima Hydro Seal & Hydro Wash!

I'm pleased to hear you guys are giving the blend a try. It really is all I use any more. I really need to package it pre-mixed.

    Re: Prima: 4 Products

Yeah, about that. Our German retailer was asking for years for me to make up a carnauba. Finally, I agreed and shipped over a test batch. He loved it. It went on easy, dried evenly and didn't...

    Re: Prima Infinity

I think it does an excellent job. I saw another thread where someone applied it to some neglected trim. It was quickly absorbed. You could see some unevenness on the trim piece which means it was...

    Re: Prima Infinity

It's a polymer trim and tire protectant that bonds to plastic and rubber much the same way sealants cross-link to paint. You get great durability from a product that slowly fades to less black as it...

    Re: Prima: 4 Products

We have a paste wax. We put it together for our German customers. It is an entirely different market there that demands carnauba and ignores the sealants. It is unlikely we will sell it in the US,...

Re: Introducing - Prima Hydro Seal & Hydro Wash!

I haven't noticed any real drop off in durability or shine by mixing and spraying. So yes, your results should be the same.

Re: Introducing - Prima Hydro Seal & Hydro Wash!

One of the chemists is a little spazy. In his excitement, and in an effort to simplify the process explanation, he said "water activated." After further use and prodding, that wasn't correct. ...

    Re: Prima: 4 Products

Mystique starts out purple with a green chameleon tint. The green is not UV stable, so if it sees much sun, it will simply be purple. The scent is mojito.

I believe what you have is clear, but...

That must have been PJ Auto where you collected the Prima. Thanks for shopping with them.

    Re: glazes & bonding issues?

You won't have bonding issues over Prima Amigo. It is intended as a pre-wax (sealant) step. That is what it does.

Re: Introducing - Prima Hydro Seal & Hydro Wash!

    Patrick,
You should mix in a spray bottle 2 party original spray Hydro with one part Hydro Seal. Mist it on the paint, wipe and be done. You won't have to schedule any time and you will get all...
