    i like PG on a rotary, not so much on a DA, unless it's a flex.
    i also found it to dry out faster than others, but as others said, it does cut very well.

    maybe flex is the best DA on the market,
    but this melting issue is well known issue,

    Either go with LC Yellow pad (which is very aggressive)
    Or as mentioned - MF cutting pad

    if it's just one little RIDS, my suggestion is let it stay, so you can keep you clear coat thicker..
