I have the 6" DA Polisher and my dad was wondering if he could borrow it to sand our flooring. Is it possible to do as such? If yes, is there a compatible backing plate + sander available to bought...
You have a point there when it comes to pictures and it's different when you see it in-person, however, this image is actually rather close to what it looks like right now.
I do know how to resize and all. I just thought that the forum itself has its own photo editing tool. But yah thanks, I was able to upload my pics after resizing them.
I haven't been successfully uploading 4 pictures in the Members Gallery. I've tried several times and it doesn't seem to work. The uploading process tells me that my photos have been uploaded...
If I still have a visible scratch then can't be corrected with a 1000 grit, is it safe to go lower than that? Or is it true that anything below 1000 can cut through the clearcoat, which obviously...

Thanks for the tip! I've seen that chart before actually and I used it as a guide to determine the polishes that I would be purchasing. I wish there's a chart also that has some sort of matching...
My original plan was to do this after washing and claying:

2) Finish that section with...
I'm aware of these general steps, however, in terms of using Megs 205, do I need to polish the entire car or only the ones with the light scratches and swirls?
Oh so that means it's only sectional then where correction is needed. I thought I needed to polish the entire car before moving on to the next step. If that's the case, what would be next step?...
