Been using them myself...Good for applying vinyl cleaner, detailing engine, door jambs and best yet for cleaning windows. I use my plush ones for polishing, wax removal etc..

I use the LC flat 5.5 Orange, White and Black combos for corrections. I also use LC purple wool when a bit more cut is required.

You can use simple green or purple power. Brush on and agitate. Use your hose to rinse. You do not need a pressure washer to rinse. A brush attached to an extension pole to apply and agitate works...

Your wheels are coated. If there is extreme brake build up, then I would use a cleaner like Sonax or P21S (gel). Seal them and I assure you next time they will cleaner just as easily with a sudsy...
