I would assume that prospective buyers for a car like that would be enthusiasts. That limits the buyer base, but I think you could most likely get more than 11K for it--especially if they saw it in...
The Guzzler is great, but really expensive (I got mine as a freebie too:p ). Don't forget to sheet water off the car first with free-flowing hose water.

After sitting overnight, a "waterless wash" (QD that excels at cleaning) like Poorboy's Spray and Wipe or Chemical Guys Pro Detailer should be perfect for removing light dust.
I use 1 huge Guzzler guzzler waffle weave for drying, 2-3 glass MF's for cleaning windows, 1 for door jambs, 2 for drying wheels, and 1-2 for buffing off each coat of wax/sealant/polish.
Opti-clay does great with any good soap-water solution, it doesn't break down or anything. Make sure you spritz it with some QD when you put it away to keep it moist though.
Would a quality shampoo + water solution also break down these clay bars? FWIW, the yellow clays I've tried with them (Mothers and Opti-clay) seem to do fine.
