    the wheels were rotted from being out in the weather,
    so I did buy some new wheels.....

    and two of them are chrome :D

    I have had an old shopping cart in my dump :cool: for the last 10 years or so.... :idea:

    It was half buried in trash, I dug it out, :poke: ....cut a little here..... and a little there.......
