Re: How to prime a foam pad when using a DA Polisher

I think we first saw this style of pad priming in relation to the KBM a couple years back.

I know PorscheGuy997 was the first one I read. ...

    Re: Best car wax

I guess the better question would be "which wax/sealant do YOU think is best".

My two favorite sealants are BFWD and WG DGPS.

My two favorite waxes are P21's 100% and Natty's Blue

Re: Can you Believe this is a Hyundai

    Brand loyalty is overrated.

Do your research... find out what is best and buy it.

I don't think starting a sentence with "I'd never buy a (car manufacturers name here)" really makes a lot of...

Hey Al, I thought Ultrafina was all the rage as a finishing polish, not 85rd.

    Re: fabric-protechnant

That sounds like a great idea... only I don't have a clue what it means...

How about you put a picture for us slow kids. I used the pump spray and you are spot on. Totally uneven coverage and...

    Re: fabric-protechnant

I just bought some 303 and depending upon what you plan to use it on, be prepared to use quite a large amount. I will be ordering the 128oz refill.

My joke to our newly single friend was actually said to me on my wedding day (by my sister). I thought it was quite amusing!!!

I was going to strongly recommend you get married immediately, because why should you be the only man that is still happy! ;)

Re: I may never get married...

Is the accusation that the thread is a tad narcissistic? Coming from the same guy that told us about all of his jet setting and fancy dinners at (lousy) NYC restaurants?

    The irony...

Re: Automatic Car Wash Article I Found

As I understand it, the problem with "touchless wash" places is that they rely upon harsh chemicals to "clean" your vehicle, which present a two fold problem.

    1. They will like strip any...

    Re: Best Winter Sealant Durability?

I think that video is pretty clear indication that BFWD dusts for you (for whatever reason). I've used it and had no dusting, but one can never tell what variables might change a particular products...
  17. Re: Review: Wolfgang Füzion Carnauba Polymer Estate Wax

Well, I wasn't arguing at all, just stating a point, but you spend the entire first half of your post saying "it is impossible to tell the difference between waxes" only to follow with, "there are...
  18. Re: Review: Wolfgang Füzion Carnauba Polymer Estate Wax

Not being an expert on steak (or wax for that matter), I'm still not sure this is a fair comparison.

As I understand Beef, Dry Aged US Prime and Kobe seem to be the standard. Their price is set...
  19. Re: Review: Wolfgang Füzion Carnauba Polymer Estate Wax

Just because you believe something, doesn't mean it is so. So if the beholder believes that wax A looks better than wax B and we had some way of measuring it be untrue, doesn't make a lot of sense...
  20. Re: Review: Wolfgang Füzion Carnauba Polymer Estate Wax

No, but there should be SOME discernable reason, shouldn't there?

With a Ferrari, there is a combination of reasons to justify it (even though you may never fully justify it), but some of those...
  21. Re: Review: Wolfgang Füzion Carnauba Polymer Estate Wax

Does that mean that everyone who posts a review without pics and charts is posting an invalid review?

I thought this was an excellent review. In fact, his methodology may have been better than...
