I have a black car also and always use FK425 or XMT final finish. for my other cars I will use either XMT Final finish or the poor boys quick detailer.
I take it out and use a plastic baggie to hold it, no microfiber glove. and I apply by hand to a foam applicator. so much easier than digging the wax out...
